We started our second day after cooking some breakfast at the Greenwood hostel where we stayed last night. Staying in such shared accommodations always offers a unique experience and is easy on the budget.

Our first stop was Derrynane Beach. The weather was very sunny and many people were enjoying the calm, shallow waters already.

We continued our journey along the Ring of Kerry, making a few stops at beautiful spots along the way. It was a pleasant drive, and by evening, we made it back to Athlone.
